1. Sit-Ups/Abdominal Crunches
✨ How to: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet securely in the pedals. Hold the handles with both hands. Slowly lift your upper body towards your knees, contracting your abdominal muscles. Control the movement as you lower back down.
